About the role
You will join a structured installation team and build project experience through safe, quality-assured work under an experienced fitter or supervisor.
Your responsibilities
- Assist with supports, brackets, and mechanical component installation.
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment safely.
- Follow instructions, drawings, and housekeeping standards.
- Report deviations to the responsible fitter or supervisor.
What you need
- Practical mechanical aptitude and the motivation to develop in the trade.
- A safety-first mindset and ability to follow site instructions.
- Basic professional English and the right to work in Sweden.
- Relevant site safety training, or readiness to complete it before mobilisation.
Level and progression
- Level 1 fitter — supervised work
- Next step: Level 2 fitter after verified competence and project experience
