About the role

You will join a structured installation team and build project experience through safe, quality-assured work under an experienced fitter or supervisor.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist with supports, brackets, and mechanical component installation.
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment safely.
  • Follow instructions, drawings, and housekeeping standards.
  • Report deviations to the responsible fitter or supervisor.

What you need

  • Practical mechanical aptitude and the motivation to develop in the trade.
  • A safety-first mindset and ability to follow site instructions.
  • Basic professional English and the right to work in Sweden.
  • Relevant site safety training, or readiness to complete it before mobilisation.

Level and progression

  • Level 1 fitter — supervised work
  • Next step: Level 2 fitter after verified competence and project experience
