About the role
You will lead a fitter team in daily delivery and own work preparation, allocation, safety, quality, and reporting to site management.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and allocate work for a fitter team.
- Confirm drawings, materials, permits, and work packs are ready.
- Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with construction management, QA, and other contractors.
What you need
- Several years of verified mechanical installation experience on complex projects.
- Previous team leadership or workface planning responsibility.
- Strong drawing knowledge, quality records, and safety leadership.
- Professional English and the right to work in Sweden.
Level and progression
- Level 3 fitter — lead/supervisor
- Further progression into construction management, QA/QC, or commissioning
