About the role
You will run recruitment processes for technical and project-critical roles across data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and advanced industry, working closely with candidates, clients, and HourCrew's commercial team.
Your responsibilities
- Build search strategies and proactively identify relevant candidates.
- Conduct structured interviews and verify experience, certifications, and availability.
- Keep candidates and clients informed throughout the process.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver a professional candidate experience.
What you need
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or staffing.
- Excellent English; another European language is an advantage.
- A structured approach and ability to manage several processes at once.
- Interest in technical roles and mission-critical projects.
